Kara has been a dancer for over 20 years and has done strength and weight training for the last 8. Kara got into weight training in college while working at the campus gym and was able to squat 220lbs! Kara isn't afraid to challenge clients in class and she wants everyone to take that leap of faith, do something you love and step out of your comfort zone. You are more capable than you think!
